The program later added Beach Soccer which was delivered for the Qatar Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy.

The Nations Cups programs aims to bring together the various communities living in Qatar through sport. In 2015, the Football Cup will be expanded to 32 teams and QSports hopes to create a mini-world cup atmosphere. Any community living in Qatar can participate in the Nations Cups provided the team meets basic requirements such as:

- The team has a minimum of 100 supporters in the community they represent
- The team has the support of the respective Embassy/consulate in Qatar
- The team must have a proper team kit as per QSports guidelines
